Yes you can come with family on study visa. Your spouse can definitely work but you will need to check what the work conditions of your dependents are and yes you can work while you study too. 🙂

@eyongebot8096 May intake is not bad, you will be here just before winter starts which is great. None of the intakes are bad, it really just depends on when you gain admission and al that.
