Little late to this party however the original stamping with the bleeding look so good meaning it really looked old and antique. What you did is beautiful but I think was unnecessary to re-do. Love your videos!

Lovely layout! The vellum doily is such a delicate touch. I enjoy making layered clusters too. I find going from large to small works best for me and I’m not fussed about having identical elements in each cluster. I focus more on colour and how it’s distributed amongst the clusters. It works for me.

I definitely liked mark2 on your page as I thought the black ink was too dark & also blurry whereas your second attempt was much lighter & looked nicer with you as a toddler. The clusters look great & remind me of the stamped clusters they do in the catalogue. I could do with a couple of them right now as my daughter just texted to ask if I had a couple of thank you cards, which I need to now assemble as I have only birthday cards in my box (I think).
