I really wouldn't recommend playing late on Weekends, especially later at night. At least in my experience, there's always way more trolls and casuals randomly playing ranked in those games on the weekends. Especially in lower ranks, the ranked games are horrible at those times and during holidays. I recommend sticking to like the early afternoon to play against more people who actually take ranked seriously. It's not perfect, but I noticed a significant improvement to the quality of my games when I only played ranked during thise times.

The explanation on how in-kit ratio scalings being bait (regarding Braum having ratios on his Ult or the HP for his Q) really opened my eyes. I've been so hyperfocused on scalings I perhaps have neglected to understand pure utility/function of champions in reality. For instance... I noticed that Aurora herself would theoretically want as much AP as possible... and burns because her Q can be delayed so that the Q2 pull happens 3.5 seconds after. I assumed this meant I needed to force a high AP burn item... But then I also noticed the actual data of items suggested Hextech Rocketbelt first item had a higher winrate than any other item. Its lower AP ... and item-damage that had a high cooldown. Now that I think about it... this would suggest that Aurora is an opportunitistc all-in champion early that just benefits more off of an extra dash more than I thought. (Rocketbelt is also a cheap item, so maybe that is something to consider...) It could also suggest that Rocketbelt is still just broken for the active dash... but either way... I won't hyper focus on ratio-scalings from now on... the game's reality in effect might want other things than the kit itself might suggest... Thanks for the videos and constant insights BenT :]

League’s server tickrate is only 25 per second, so getting a high framerate really isn’t worth the time unless you just want the game to look prettier. The only thing about framerate you should really focus on is getting it to be consistent.

At 600-800+ fps the game engine starts breaking, units start rubberbanding :)

Does midlane ever get priority?

Yes. You have priority in mid when you crash your wave. They also changed the minions in mid so the closer to 14+ minutes you are the more time you have to use your prio. Important for people to keep in mind that even if your mid has prio if you are invading their jungle their mid can sacrifice their wave and arrive first since they are further back and closer to their own jungle

@@atrece175 it can but its rarer use www.leagueofgraphs.com/champions/main-stats and look at Mained Roles Popularity and you can change it to the rank that you are at if you are curious as to what % mains what role

you're good at yapping for a long time without really saying anything of use. nothing you mentioned matters, especially the hardware and ping (unless the ping is unstable, high ping doesn't matter) i guess solving stage 4 issues by making sure ur not hungry, thirsty, sleepy, etc before queueing up is fair but other than that this is 1 hour of useless info and i'd urge anyone watching to not get baited into watching this guy's videos.

What are you talking about? Consistant high ping is terrible. If you have a constant 10 second ping then you only see your opponents actions 10 seconds after they make them, similarly with 1 sec and 100 ms ping. Any amount of ping is a serius competitive disadvantage as it reduces how fast you can react to other players actions, though variable ping is naturally also not ideal

@@ha2kon539 league of legends is a strategy game and plenty of people have made challenger with 100 ping. also, look at streamers playing on other servers like europeans in NA and vice versa doing well, even slogdog played from australia and hit chall in NA.
