When I was a little kid, we'd all get excited when anyone's family on the street where I lived would get a new refrigerator, washer, etc because it meant a big new box for all of us to play in. A lot of imagination was involved. The box could be a house, a fort, a teepee, a cave...and always a lot of fun!💙

For us it was a pirate ship, an uninhibited island, a clubhouse, a stage for puppet shows ( but with Barbie dolls instead) a car or truck depending on the size. We definitely had to use our imaginations.

I had to get creative when the stores and online doll house that my daughter wanted was sold out. So I went to a couple covinient stores and asked if the have empty boxes I can have and bought paint and use the pictures of the doll house my baby girl wanted and build one out of box for her.

I will never forget Xmas 1984. I got my boys a rocking horse, think it was about £40 (a lot of money for me then) they both ignored the horse and played in the box it came in. Could have saved myself a wee fortune.

His mind is always three steps ahead. Especially when it comes to bath time. Poor guy is haunted by the prospect of bath time. Wish he could find a major loophole. But all he can do is play invisible, and which fools no one unfortunately. Maybe one day the parents will play along with his ruse and pretend right back at Phil making it seem they can't see or find him, and one time just one of one he escapes the bath. Wouldn't that be a cool twist on things. Yep yep yep we need to liven up this joint with some Phil and Teddy tricks.
