IRC JX-8 stiffer sidewall, just to protect the rim. It is fun to ride past your buddies on a flat tire.

Is there a big traction difference between 140/80 and 120/90 rear tire?

No. Much more important (for max physically possible traction) is the softness of the tyre

War jetzt zwar nichts neues aber trotzdem super 👍 bist du selbst mal die Kombination tubliss+halbes mousse gefahren ?🙂 mein plan war nämlich das beim rodeo zu fahren 😅

Ein Freund hat das versucht. Geht auch. Aber damit ist es fast unmöglich auf 6 cm runter zu kommen. Und das macht einen enormen Unterschied. Am RedStag getestet. Vor allem auf Waldboden, Felsen und losem Untergrund. LG Thomas PS Welche Startnummer hast du?

Stiffer sidewall tire . Less air in the tublis for me .

ya, I bought one and got a flat! Noticed with in 10ft the flat and when I looked the red high pressure tube got damaged beyond repair, I'm out $$$$...I just run HD tubes and trials sticky tires now

You’re doing it right. You can take an old tube. Cut it open and line your heavy duty tube. I can’t even remember the last trail flat I have had doing this method. I’m talking years and hundreds and hundreds of hours. This “tubeless” crap is a waste of money. And bibs are just a nightmare to change a tire on.

@@hardenduro that’s what 3psi? I have never needed to run a tire that low. 8-10psi would be the lowest I’d ever need to run.

Ask Cody Webb about Tubeliss/Mousse. He just got BEAT by 3 Local boys in our Hard Enduro. His mousse and Dunlop could not climb our hills! Tubeliss front and rear and call it a day.

Definently don't reccomend for teh front, but it is very good in rear.

There great for front. Def help avoid pinch flats. Ive ran tubeliss front back. NEVER had a pinch flat failure in the front. Usually the odds are the inner tube or valve stem go bad first.@@FamilyHomeComputer

One of the best features of tubeliss in the front is the difference in feel. Mousse/Balls feel "dead" and dont have the same give. @@FamilyHomeComputer

Ich bin gespannt was ich mit meiner hp2 reisen kann am nächsten redstag wir due kombi mousse und kombi schlauch getestet und werd versuchen auch die 6cm zu kommen. Für den prolog macht schlauch bei der hp2 mehr sinn oder tubliss aber des geht Wegen der felge nicht... Erzberg am prolog Startnummer 258 :)

Hi. Für Prolog am erzbergrodeo empfehle ich Medium moose und einen weichen Reifen. Welche Dimension hat dein hinterrad?

@@hardenduro ich hab eine 2.5x18 felge und fahre 140 er hinten den ef07 in gelb hätte ich gedacht ansonsten hab ich noch einen in grün mit mousse, aber der wird mir sicher aufgehen wenn ich da mit 150+ fahre und 200kg oder?

@@majestix_adv welche Geschwindigkeit der ausfällt und wie lange weiß ich natürlich nicht bei deinem Gewicht. Ich kann dir einen 140er wüstenralley Reifen geben aber der ist natürlich steinhart. Wo bist du zu Hause

@@majestix_adv ich fahre den Prolog mit dem ef07 Single green mit einem moose. Der Reifen ist zwar dann nach den 11 km ziemlich kaputt aber ich war schnell:-) welche Platzierung hast du beim letzten Prolog gemacht

tubliss and super soft tire isnt a good combination. if you ride over sharp rocks there is lot of chances to cut the tire and its unrideable@@hardenduro

@MrStephenCoggins you have the risk of cutting the tire it's good in the woods, but if you do hard enduro, it can fail on sharp rock. For trail ride is the best but not for hard enduro unless you use a tire with stiff side walls.
