Do you feel that sigma 30mm and sigma 18-50mm are redundant? Which one would you stay with?

Great question, i wouldnt say its redundant for the sigma 30 is a primes lens and has a faster aperture which give you more background separation,great for portrait photos and so on..i like the flexibility of the sigma 18-50mm f2.8 which is for run and gun shoot and i dont have time to plan out what im filming..so it really depends on the situation..but when it comes to travel and i really only have 1 lens to pick from..i would bring the sigma 18-50 f2.8..that would give a enough range..in exchange of Depth of Field.

Thanks for responding, I think I'll buy the 18-50mm for its flexibility, and eventually save up for the new Viltrox 27mm f1.2. Since it would not be redundant.@@WENGZWORLDEntertainment
