sir mene workout krna start kiya ..mene sab achhi trhe se follow Kiya..diet ( without whey protein) and workout ( at home but properly)..Mera muscular hone ki jghe or patla ho gya...muje kuch smj nhi a rha do saal se workout kr rha hu diet follow kr rha hu ..plz kuch btayee ..or bhi bhot sari baat he ..can I give u my no?

Kuch solutions- 1. Review your diet, clearly aapki diet mein fault hai. Agar aapki diet achi hogi to ye question aap Nhi puchte. Work on food selection, quality and calorie dense food khao. Protein intake fix karo, ye possibility ha ki aapki muscles workout ke baad properly recover Nhi ho rahi hain. Try adding more protein for a month. And third simply eat more. 2. Aapke workouts, kya aap failure hit kar rahe ho? Kya aapki intensity enough hai? Agar ek set karne ke baad aap dusre sey ka wait kar rahe instead of being completely exhausted iska matlab aapki mehnat mein kami hai. 3. Sleep, raat ko 8 ghante sone ki koshish karo for enough recover, and rest days lo. Overtraining se bhi muscle lose hota hai.
