YES Claire, between 2 weeks to a month for your body to get rid of toxins in the armpits from using aluminium anti- perspirants, so after a month definatly you won't smell of bo anymore just the smell of your deodorant. It only took me about 2 weeks, but I did it during lockdown, so the only person smelkung me was myself. That diffuser is a Rio beauty solutions one, I know as I used your link to buy mine and I love it. Those oils will be going in it, as I have carrier oil and find its easier to put it in a carrier oil first, it does give it a slightly softer smell but is safer for the diffuser. I have this calendar but will have to give away my lavender products as I'm allergic to it. I love these H & B calendars, this is my 4th year getting it. I do have SpaceNK, Harvey Nichols, and Harrods to so I won't need to buy any skincare ir make-up for month's. Xx 😚 🤗 🥰

Hyaluronic Acid supplements should be taken with caution especially by people with cancer history. Other than that, the calendar looks really nice. They won't ship it to Italy this year either, though.
