Dosa means ANDHRA ...KARAM DOSA, PESARATTU-UPMA and DIBBAROTTE is authentic breakfast in AP. PODI DOSA, AAPAM are authentic foods in TAMILNADU,SET DOSA & MYSORE MASALA DOSA are authentic foods of karnataka....but in kerala they are not fit into good breakfast.

I had idlis in Andhra Telangana Chennai karnataka mumbai kerala I I came to conclusion mumbai idlis were the worst compare to all other idlis and expensive too
