Since he didn't answer, I will. I've watched a few videos, and they use vegetable glycerin to make extracts.

interesting video, I want to enhance the flavor of lemon in lemon loaf baking recipe, so stay with fresh lemon juice and zest, I guess. However, according to this video lemon extract is recommended for baking, then why is vanilla extract used extensively in baking? Asking for a friend! btw, I created an account on your website.

So can you turn an existing extract into an emulsion?
@NaturesFlavors Жыл бұрын
Flavor emulsions are water soluble through high-sheer processes where we minimize the droplets of our flavor oils and emulsifier mix. Emulsions are much more versatile application than our extracts because they don’t contain alcohol.

Can an extract be used to add to hot coffee? Thank you.
@NaturesFlavors6 жыл бұрын
It would be a bit difficult getting an extract just right for hot coffee considering how strong it is. You would have to use about 1 droplet from a pippete for a cup of coffee. We actually have specially formulated extracts just for coffee & teas here www.naturesflavors.com/277-coffee-tea-flavoring which are meant for flavoring your coffee beans and tea leaves. But we advise you use syrups for your freshly brewed coffee and teas www.naturesflavors.com/269-coffee-syrups

Hi, can I use your flavors for make vape juice ?
@NaturesFlavors6 жыл бұрын
We have not endorsed the use of our products for vaping as they are intended for food applications. We offer many flavors, many of which people have stated that they use for vaping and have enjoyed, but knowing that they do so at their own risk. With that said, we understand the concern for certain chemicals as well, so you'd probably want to check out our flavors without diacetyl.

Nature's Flavors extracts and concentrates contain the beneficial properties of fruits, etc. from which the extraction process is done ?
@NaturesFlavors6 жыл бұрын
I think the only thing that would probably carry over are the antioxidants in the fruits and maybe some trace vitamins and minerals. I wouldn't necessarily be able to tell you exactly because that's beyond my knowledge.
