Wow FullStory looks so awesome to use! I've recently been relying on surveys for the majority of user feedback and I know how unreliable the answers might be. The fact that there's analytics, video playback of sessions and data of what the user was doing on EACH session just amazes me. This will come in handy in my UX arsenal. Thank you Ran!!!
