I actually live here year round. Absolutely LOVE it. Jim & Shelley the owners go way out of there way for all. This probably one of the greatest attributes of the quality of life here on the ranch. It's a community like no other. So many people sharing and caring for one another. In addition the residents go a extra mile here and have even Adopted A Highway section at the entrance to the ranch road. That's the pride for where we live at all levels. Thank you Jim & Shelley for making this possible for me and so many other's.

Camping\Living off grid isn't as easy as many think. Jim & wife sure make it easier for those setting up their rigs. The ability to save money as you add what you need is important. The Summer is hot. To sleep, without AC is difficult unless you have enough solar batteries! DC units are available but costly. This gives you the opportunity to get what you need for this life style, WITHOUT killing your income! Jim & those like him are a Godsend!

Dear Bob -- You're such a natural advocate for people's well-being! For some reason, this heartfelt endorsement you gave in this video, touched me deeply. I just wanted to say -- even though you're rarely aware of the comments people leave, I'll just pray you receive it somehow through the ethers -- that you are, indeed, positively impacting the lives of many people. I hope you can 'let that in,' as they say, and give yourself permission to simultaneously nurture *yourself.* You ARE doing enough. You ARE giving so much to the human collective. And we all want you to be properly supported, nurtured, cared for... so you can stick around for much longer! Take good care of your precious self. 🙏🌞💞☮

@FeMiNem-Poet2 жыл бұрын
Hi! 🍀Just went through this process. Spent two and a half months night and day when not working to find a vehicle. I had no experience looking for cars all my life. This was my first time on my own doing it. 💦🙏 The situation out there is that used cars supposedly are 5 to 10 to $20,000 more than normal - because of the ships out at Sea and the chips were not available for the new cars. 💦🙏 It ended up I had people helping me. Even my customers would give me information. Found out a lot of things. You have to understand I started out as a kindergarten level person looking for a van.🍀💦 This is just all my opinion. Everyone does their own research. I found out again this is my opinion - the Dodge Caravan is not that good of a minivan. - for certain years. A customer of mine bought in the consumer reports of certain years of the Dodge Caravan and they were very very bad complaints of engine trouble and transmission issue complaints. Again this is my research that people helped me and my opinion. 🙏 The Volkswagen Routan is a Volkswagen on the outside and a Chrysler on the inside. Again this is my research and my opinion.💦🙏 Here's something that might help you. Discovered a company called "The Lemon Squad." They are AAA+ Better Business Bureau Approved. Since I did not know anything about cars - they are like FBI mechanical investigators. They go out to the dealership. I was dealing with dealerships. Some were two or three hours away. They make an appointment with the dealer and they go out. They must have taken 100 pictures of one car. I hired them twice for two different cars. It costs about $200 - which includes a verbal report with the investigator. They bring instruments and they are on that car for about an hour. I have heard they are on RVs for about 6 hours investigating it. "The Lemon Squad."💫💫💫 The challenging thing was when I would find a vehicle - I was looking for a minivan or a cargo van - when I would find a vehicle there is a two-day lag from when I would call The Lemon Squad and they could get an investigator to the dealership. They had sold 2 cars from underneath me.🍀 🙏💫 If you have any friends that can help you that is fantastic. 🍀Good luck.🍀 You are going to do great. And you're going to find the perfect vehicle for yourself - sending you those wishes!!!!🙏🙏💫💫
