Fun Fact! When "Phone Guy" is wearing the bear head or actually speaking over the phone, that isn't MatPat's voice. Those voiceovers were done by David King of the YT channel Midnight Marinara, who also voices Foxy, and is a frequent collaborator on Random Encounters. When the early nights were being filmed, the folks at RE weren't sure yet whether Mat would be available to participate, but in the hopes that he would agree to shoot with them, they asked David to try to imitate Mat's voice, and of course the effects and filters help to hide the discrepancies.

this musical isn't really how the game goes, its has the little bits of the games lore but this video has it's own story line, in the real games tho the lore is hidden and if you really wanna know the story and stuff i recomend maybe matpat's theorys or some resumes cause its pretty long, its like at least 1 hour of resumed lore and that is REALLY resumed (like the nutshell videos). ps: the animatronics aren't really "nice" they just want revenge and they wont help you at the game they just think you're the killer :)

Nathan Sharp is better known on KZbin as NateWantsToBattle. He has been producing covers, parodies, fandom-based songs, and original music for a long time and posts his work on the channel Give Hearts Records, where he has teamed up with some other musicians. He also does gameplay videos and other stuff on side channels. Nate actually has a bit of a "baby face" in this musical, since nowadays he sports facial hair and a shorter haircut. The "Purple Guy," is AJ Pinkerton, one of the founders of Random Encounters, who writes all of the music and lyrics for the channel. The "Hey-J, I'm AJ!" line is his signature greeting for the camera!

You're lucky you get to watch the supercut straight away. Each night was originally uploaded on it's own, and then all put together with the between night segments and the ending. Nights 1 to 3 were released fairly close to each other, then there was a year gap, then nights 4 and 5 were released on the same day (I remember that day well, I was sat at my grandparents house after school refreshing my phone), then the supercut was released I think the month after. Night 5 ended right after "and you're the victims". I both loved and hated the cliffhanger. The gap in filming between the first 3 nights and the rest were when Mark dyed his hair a few times, so when they were filming the between night parts, they had to creativity hide his hair.

a few suggestions if you liked this. You deffo should watch Random Encounters music videos called Ground Zeros, Web of Lies AND Blood and Tears. They are all FNAF related. If you like the FNAF lore, matpat has done a whole series of theories on the games and books. As much as i dislike him, the theory stuff would be good for you to watch and see just how crazy the games are. And lastly Markiplier did a lets play series of the games and you can see his mental health decline as he plays them to the point where he gets really pissy, angry and incoherient. Like most of GameTheories fanbase *shots fired*

I know this video was a couple months ago, but if you like this you really should watch some other Random Encounters stuff, their Phoenix Right musical is really good. They have tons of really good stuff that's smaller too, like their Phasmophobia song and the Fran Bow song "Finding Mr. Midnight". Pretty much all of their songs can be enjoyed without the context from the games, although that does make it better sometimes. Also, this isn't even close to the actual lore for FNAF, they tend to take some creative liberties with the lore of the games to make it better fit their idea for the song.

The musical is based loosely upon multiple FNAF references, but nothing directly with the storyline. Characters are the same within the games, but there is no dedicated "good" animatronic as they in game are haunted by ghost children and become resentful. As for Purple Guy he is the main antagonist between the lore of FNAF, and Phone Guy is neither good nor bad, a neutral character..I highly reccomend you look into the games, they are very good.♡ Also please check out more of Random Encounters videos! Not sure if anyone has addressed your question about if this is how the game was and I'm too lazy to go look. Short answer no. Long answer by the time they got the last 3 nights out games 3 & 4 had been released. So this musical gives nods to the first 4 games. Springtrap and leading him around the building using balloon boy audio is from game three. Going to the protagonist's house in this case Markiplier is from 4. The first night when the power goes out and they sing that song is from game one when you lose power and Freddy shows up at your door and plays that melody. I couldn't find anything directly referencing game 2 tho. Matpat's role as the villain was a passing nod to the brief theory that the purple guy was also the phone guy and the reference of Scott Cawthon was because Scott Cawthon the creator of the games voices the phone guy in the games. So no this isn't how the games are really played but it is a fun parody.
