Some story to the two dog clips: " When you have lost so much weight that your dog has to smell you to realize who you are. And being gone 5 weeks doesn't help but the reaction as soon as he recognizes the smell is priceless. " " Betty Boop was dumped in the country for who knows how long. She was pregnant. The sightings of her started a month ago. She was seen pregnant in the country on N Fowler Ave near Lincoln. After a post for help trying to catch her in the city limits of Fowler on my break, 50+ people started telling me of their sightings. She would walk 2 miles from county limits into town to scavenge for her pups during the day. Then she would head back miles before dark to feed her pups. The first time I trapped her on my break she escaped. The next day on lunch my husband and I caught her with a trap. After work I took her to the vet to find so much precious trauma. And she was nursing. I cried all night thinking about those puppies out there. All Friday morning she was trying to escape and climbing the fence my husband had to sit out and watch her until I got home on lunch. I left work early at lunch. And situated a kennel. We took her out and I played puppies crying on my phone. She cried and started leading me 2 miles out into the country then as she got closer she slowed down. She took me down the vineyards to an abandoned farm house. She trusted me to show me where her 10 puppies were found. This is truly a miracle to me.
