One thing you don't get from watching the show on KZbin is the full effect of the 2 large flamethrowers. When those things fire, the radiant heat off those things is crazy intense. It feels hotter than standing in sunlight on a hot summer day at noon. Literally causes a mild burning sensation on the skin and it is amazing. One thing you gladly miss is the 30 minute wait to exit the park after the show.

When the fireworks started, I was at the top of the Tower of Terror and we could see the fireworks almost right in front of us. It felt like you could almost reach out and touch them. It felt like I was in a Disney World commercial.

I grew up on Star Wars (there are videos of me as a four year old watching the special edition versions on VHS of the original trilogy with my stuffed animals). I love this so much-the moment between Leia and Han before he is frozen in carbonate ('I love you' 'I know') in this made my heart skip a beat. Thank you so much for this video.

I was there a few weeks ago on a school trip and loved the show. me and my friend Peter managed to get an awesome view. we were standing right near those palm trees in front of the theater. I enjoyed this show even more than the fireworks at Epcot.

In March 2020, I had just gotten to Orlando the day everything was canceled. We didn’t know if we would get to Hollywood studios the next day- Disney closed the park three days later. This was the show that played, and I remember crying so hard because I wasn’t sure what would happen next. Three years later I found this/ it’s truly the best show Disney has put on.

Wesley's World I worked on the construction side of this project. I worked with the entertainment technical directors to build what they needed to make the show work. Like the speaker towers and the projection towers. Also had to build all of the holding areas for the fire effects. A lot goes into making a show like this.

Hi there so I work at Hollywood Studios and it is possible to make both but it is tricky. You need to be able to get out of the fantastic stadium fast to avoid the giant crowd slowing you down so if you can get a seat in the last few rows or even get one of the seats behind the walkway and leave the second fantastic is over you can make it to the front of the Chinese theatre in time

We had a park employee-Ryan-from the planet of Kashyyk (but works in The Launch Bay) told us to get between the blue tower and the lamp post in front of the stage area. When you are there you will see a blue tower and a yellow tower and know what I'm talking about. He was spot on! Looks very similar and close to where this was taken but is open to anyone. Ge there early-Skip Fantasmic.

I still prefer the previous fireworks show, as I don't need to be reminded the Prequels exist, especially in visual form. BUT, the one thing this show gets right that I was disappointed the prior one didn't was Han and Leia.

Yeah, the more I see it, the more I appreciate the old one. You already have the visuals of the pyrotechnics....the music adds a beautiful layer, and the voiceovers add an even nicer subtle layer. This just feels like cotton candy on top of ice cream on top of peanut butter fudge. Just too much. It does surprise me that they included the prequels as much as they did, since Lucasfilm seems to have made it clear that they are avoiding as much of the prequels as possible, not wanting to acknowledge them at all, ever. Since SW is Disney's now, they have full allowance to just keep the good stuff and get rid of the rest, so it surprises me they haven't exercised that option. (ie: shirts that have Hayden Christenson's force ghost and not Sebastian Shaw's)

Bob B well another thing is a majority of the Firework launchers were in the areas under construction so the fireworks weren't gonna be as good, but the projections and lighting effects are top notch

Wow this is horrible. I saw the one a few weeks before this, back in May 2016, and it was nothing but fireworks and more fireworks. It was simply the most amazing firework show I have ever seen. It matched perfectly with the score of the movies. What the heck did they do?? This is more like lazars and screens of the movie. Guys, go youtube the one that was before this. It was 10 times better and makes this firework show look like childs play. Symphony in the stars is what it is called. I am so glad I got to see the one before this. Now I am going to be disappointed when I go back to Disney SHEESH! Disney must have wanted to save money on the fireworks. Dislike
