Omg! I love this. I’m sold on the balconies. I live in a high rise in Texas and it sits on a lake with a really nice view but also a host of trees and I can’t enjoy my balconies for the bugs. My balcony is huge and I can’t even enjoy because I don’t like bugs. But the balconies in this place! I can enjoy and even sleep on with no problem! I love this

This is a beautiful penthouse. I like the waterfall and the koi fish pond at the entrance of the building. I like the dining room with the globe light fixture. I like the kitchen, I like the master bedroom and bathroom. I like the view of downtown Brickell and these from the balcony.

I’m watching and thinking the staging is awesome. Then you said the furniture is $495,000 and included in the price. Ha. I’m trying to retire for less than $450,000. Much less the furniture. But this penthouse is amazing. I’m thinking about the fingerprints on the glass staircase railing, but if you can afford a $9 mil penthouse with $495,000 furniture, you can afford an environmental service or live in service. The outdoor terraces are amazing on the 2nd floor. Wish the pool was bigger, but swimming against the current is awesome. Get that cardio total body workout in. Lovely master. Lovely penthouse

No Traffic, older community so no large get-togethers or you will get a noise complaint! Try getting on and off Brickell Key for any important trips like Shopping, restaurants, appointments... I'm all for inclusion but you certainly can't get around easily
