This $32 million penthouse is wonderful, it is like a mansion in the sky. I like the master bedroom with its view of the sea and the city mansion. I like the $1 million master bathroom with the floor and wall marble. I like the junior master bedroom view of the sea and the city skyline. I like the living room, I like the big white marble kitchen. This is the first time that I have seen a square table dining room and I like it. I like the dining room light. I like the big art chandelier in the condo. I like the awesome pool on the roof and I like the view of the sea from the balcony. It is like living in the sky. Nice video Jason, the only thing missing is the view of the regalia building from the outside and the air.

yeah, that would be purely cosmetic. though if you turned it on, you'd want to insulate a room well enough that if you turned the AC on you could get it to 45 or 55 in order for the fireplace to give a contrived effect. Humidity is the thing down there.
