My favorite sport at high school. Very clean, social, active and coordinative. Makes your instincts fresh and your whole body alert and sensitive. Good for every age, both male and female. I prefer these days watching women games because they concentrate more on technic, while men games today are focused on incredible, almost violent burst power. 🏐

Also, we don't have a volleyball court(we just play without one),and even if we had one I doubt they would do a volleyball team since no other schools near us play volleyball

(Yes, I watch Haikyu but I also played on a Volleyball travel team before corona) I love being a libero, the bruising shows the pain you’re willing to take for the team. Diving is so fun, it’s my favorite part

I want to play as a libero, not sure how much I should work on my serves though, they’re very poor. How often do you serve as a libero? Usually libero’s don’t serve right? But I think there’s some exceptions… right…?

@@IsimpforKavehandImnotashamed If you play in American High School Championships, the libero serves just as much as every other player (i.e. every 6th rotation turn). If you play anywhere else, the libero is not allowed to serve. You should practice service nevertheless so that you can do service if for some reason you play at a different position.

When I played volleyball, I hated our coach because he made us practice with a ball that's hard as the ball of basketball and spike it straight to our arms 20 or more times. I often go home with bruises that time but now I miss those times that I had fun practicing with my teammates.

we also do the squat in taekwondo here in philippines but whenever we do those squats we dont move a muscle but if we do our instructor will plus 2 minutes and our hands should always be on our chests and we dont bend we either push up 50 times if we move so sports is not too easy
