They give you this training in higher league. Which is weird, because you want the starter people to get better and see their true potential. So I feel like this type of training should be given to people who actually WANT to train and have motivation

Truth is I used to have a complex with my height, because I used to be very tall... Until I had the opportunity to play volleyball for almost 3 years and I got proud of it. I even played BEFORE I even watch Haikyuu!! Then it was that time I definitely was confident with myself!😎

I started training volleyball when I was in 2nd grade (my mom was the coach) it wasn’t anything super big bc my school was small even though it was K-12, I remember I would do passes, sets to the wall and I was really motivated. But ofc time passed and the year after my mom had to quit so there were no more volleyball classes. 2 years ago my 11 year old self found out about Haikyuu and that brought so much nostalgia and memories so I decided that I was gonna do volleyball in middle school but Covid-19 hit and I couldn’t get my physical done for 7th grade so I couldn’t do volleyball for a whole year now I’m going to 8th grade and I am trying so hard to train myself I’ve been going to camp and stuff and I just hope everything goes well Anyways I just told you my life story hehe and I’m sorry u had to read that but I needed to let it out, I hope whoever is reading this has an amazing life I know it’s tough but I believe in you!

I played in high school back in the 70’s but there wasn’t another team in the county besides ours. So we went to another county that had one team. After high school we played every weekend that it didn’t rain cause we played outside. We would have so many ppl show up that we could have 6 & 7 teams with sometimes 7 ppl on a team. There may have been some drinking going on as well 😁. Gosh we had sooooo much fun. We played in local tournaments and rarely lost. We had a woman’s team, a couple of mixed teams and a couple of men’s teams.

of course! go for it! its ok that you haven't played, I started playing volleyball a little less than a year ago and im pretty good. when i started though, i knew nothing about volleyball, hell i didnt even know you had to rotate when your team got a point! But i tried it out and it is soo fun, i think you would like it, and if you dont that's ok, it won't be the end of the world lol. ( im 13 too! and i think im like 5'9 , you're tall!)
