If you watch his tutorial vid he shows you how he does it. Looks like using classic alt and remapping the buttons makes it so your roadie run/roll is Lb and take cover is A. That would explain why he isnt miss rolling literally ever, because his up A is actually up Lb and then he can spam A as much as he needs without running or rolling. I was so impressed I had to show my Gf lol. (I could be wrong on how classic alt works)

This play style don't work in pro league. Most of the time they are playing nerdy on covers and hitting back a's like their life depends on it. Don't get me wrong these moments do happen in pro league but alot less.

All you had to do back in the good days of gears is walk back shoot the middle. You are overhyping clawbouncing. It was all about the bounce strafes on old gears, now it's just about acting wild to sponge as much as you can and blindfire shots from 10 feet destroying people. A pro with a rock is better than a novice with a Kunai. If this dude like so many others, just plays the same game X amount of hours, and just does the same shit, he'll go from trash to landing hits to landing most hits. While I'm not impressed by his movements, I am impressed with his dedication to getting good with it, which I think is what should be commended. As for if it's controller, and if it's all legit, that's all speculation and you just have to "take his word for it" type shit. Most people know about Cronus Zen and yes it does work with PS5 and Xbox Series X/S now. So the old "Can't cheat on console" is still a myth. And I doubt this guy is cheating, I think he's just more committed to bettering himself in Gears 5 than most of us have time or drive to do, and again. I commend that.
