Premiere compensates when you have footage from a higher frame rate on a lower frame rate timeline. 25 and 24 is a small difference. You see more difference with 60 and 24, less motion blur than normal.

Great and helpful video. Not much on working with Zoom video out there. My problem is a little different. I'm teaching Adobe Lightroom via Zoom and I record my classes to share with the students later. I just want the screen and audio, not the video of the students themselves. My unedited zoom recordings are 3000x2000 25 fps. With a straight import, Premier's default Preview is "-only MPEG" (1620x1080). Is there a better one to use. I am exporting to H264 (1920x1080) and the recordings (120-180 min) take forever to export. Any advice on settings would be welcome.

For closed caption, KZbin auto creates them and you can edit them. For burn-in captions on the video itself you need to create them using titles in Premier (or whatever software you use).
