As soon as she spells try to hit her to stop her chanting. If you run her spell will work shortly and you will go to her and she will hit you most likely insta kill

It's not a bug. You didn't use the first one to speak her lair. Therefore rng thought u don't have any. Therefore it gave you another. The second has no use but a unique item in chest looks cool 😉
