I don’t blame you for not buying a chain saw for just one tree. Expensive. Thanks for the advice on clothing when chopping a fresh tree, all the sap. Do you have a saw? That might come in handy

Yes, we also remembered we could borrow one from a friend if we ended up needing a chainsaw. We do have a hand saw, however we didn't want to gum it up in all the sap. Plus the axe was more fun!

How to dispose of a fallen tree the not so easy way.🪚 You got there in the end, i bet you ached all over for a few days! Perhaps borrowing a chain saw will make disposing of the remains a lot easier. Take care and stay safe.🙂👍💞
