Thank you Panagiotaskoylida… I really like the yellow one too. I got those orchids from the floral department at the grocery store that I work at. After they were done blooming, they sold them to me for only .50 cents each. I wasn’t too worried if they died or didn’t bloom because they were so cheap. So I was thrilled when I got flowers again. Orchids are so fun and easy to grow!! I grow mine in lava rocks. They LOVE calcium. I fertilize weakly weekly(50-100ppm). It really helps them along. I loved this video Liz!! Orchids are my absolute weakness 😂

Good morning! I’m so happy you got your orchids to bloom 😄 this year I got mine to bloom also! I also do the soak method, I use warm water (since they’re from warm jungles) & let them soak for about an hour. I then use the Orchid spray from miracle grow and only spray the green leaves- I got 19 blooms on one once I started fertilizing. And yes the ice cubes does not work at all- I’ve heard, from different KZbinrs, that growers intentionally give bad plant care so we kill them & keep buying plants. 😰

Oh my good Julissag I never even thought to dunk them in warm water that makes perfect sense actually. You are right I’m sure when they get watered in their natural habitat. the water is warm and not cold. I definitely learned something new every day. And that makes sense about the nurseries, giving bad advice. that is so horrible but you’re right it’s probably true. Thank you for taking the time to leave me this comment. I hope you will try this watering method, Karen, after making this video and talking to a lot of my friends they do this as well. But I think the floral departments never tell us because they want our orchids to die so we buy more. So please I hope you try this and you have a good luck with yours as well.🌸🥰👍❤️Liz
