Whats up airsofters, although my Wolverine MTW is amazing out the box, I do like to have a little tinker now and then so I thought it was time to treat it to some of what I feel are the best upgrades you can do.

You have to reset your dwell , you will have a difference of .05 FPS if your dwell are set correctly and your will have more accurate shot too

Super macaron of maple leaf silicon version are newer version and better than macaron too , I have it in my gun and it’s shoot laser beam 70meters ++++ paired with pdi 6.05 barrel for a cushion of air protect the trajectory of bb at long range better than tight bore!

The most crucial aspect of your video was accuracy and grouping, both of which were tested without a solid degree of control. I appreciate your video but just think you could have thought that bit through.

I couldn't agree more, I believe I said towards the end the real test will be when I can get it out on an actual game day and get a feel of what has changed over a few games and report back 👍

How does the mtw compare to your TM. Is it way better on distance?
@RoosterAirsoft2 жыл бұрын
I would say its better on distance, but that's quite subjective as I haven't don't any actual tests, or fired the guns back to back. Also I use a heavier weight in the MTW (0.36g) vs the TM (0.32) which could also play in to things - for "realism" though the kick-back on the TM beats the MTW hands down.

Strange, I've not come across anyone having any issues and as they're designed specifically for the MTW's maybe you have a bit of a defective one?

Stripped all the accessories off (scope etc..), removed the stock as well and then used masking tape to cover up any place you don't want the paint to get in (end of the barrel, ejection port, gap around the trigger etc...) then gave it a base coat spray of tan/Khaki. Then did stripes of green and brown. I then had some netting I draped over the gun and did the opposite colour lines, eg. I sprayed green over a brown bit and sprayed brown over a green stripe, to give it some interesting markings/shapes from the netting. I then used some leaf templates and cardboard with jagged rips in it as templates to just fill in colours to blend it all in more - all depends what look you're going for, I wanted something darkish to match a few different terrains, but you may want to use more brighter greens for summer woodland, or more shades of browns and larger leaf templates for the winter. To get the "worm" look, after I had finished painting the gun, use acetone (nail polish remover) and a cloth to rub away paint at all the "touch points" (ie. anywhere you think the gun would naturally get wear-and-tear marks from). Just experiment! Don't make it look too artificial and if you go wrong you can always spray back over it and start again. I have just filmed me spraying a new stock so once I get round to editing it, I'll get it on the channel.

@@RoosterAirsoft hahaha a bit excessive of an explanation thanks xD . I just needed to know what to cover. I'm going to paint it today maybe. something ez like brown and sand beige with some black net marks . I'll remove the inferno and hop up I'll replace it w the new Maxx and 6.01 barrel .

@RoosterAirsoft2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Whats the reasons behind your suggestions?
@splashmontana23702 жыл бұрын
The mtw comes with a 6.03 barrel already so you would need tighter then that. The rubber is a good middle ground
@RoosterAirsoft2 жыл бұрын
That may explain why my crono tests didn’t see much change in fps. Although the new barrel I’ve put in stainless steel I believe the stock one is brass? Which should perform more consistently in all conditions. What brand of inner barrel do you recommend as I will get one and compare it to the 6.03, it’ll be interesting to see the results.
@splashmontana23702 жыл бұрын
Yeah the stock one is brass but it is a very good barrel from being stock. Get a PDI 6.01 tight bore barrel.
