I know you said the eyeshadow isn't worth it. But your eyes look STUNNING. And I think the people who can afford them appreciate the simplicity and "guided instructions" of it (top two for day, add the bottom dark for night, then the sparkle for a pop). Of course if that price shocks you, don't buy it. But I think she purposefully put only 4 in a pallette so it wouldn't overwhelm people, and you could quick grab it and throw it on. Not contradicting you! Just that you know how to pick eyeshadow colors from a giant pallette, but that can scare people away from even trying. Just something to think about!

I think a lot of women my age still like quads because in the mid nineties when we started wearing makeup, that's what they were selling us. They told us what went where to achieve a look instead of just using one shade all over the lid as women had always done before. It seemed like we had the professionals secret on how to create an eye shadow look lol! And we used them for many years with good results....many with a guide on the back showing exactly how to use them so when people went crazy over pallettes we were like......but but but what goes where?! LOL!

I agree! I love palettes because I’m only 19 so I grew up with them but a nice quad like this would be a great gift for my mom or someone who prefers a more straightforward makeup process

liz not slow I also like quads. As a non make up guru I prefer smaller palettes that make it easy to toss on a look. I find I use 3-5 colors out of any bigger palette anyways.

Your nuts, CT eyeshadows blend better than as almost any other brand I've tried...and I have an impressive collection. WELL WORTH the high price! Imo.

Charlotte Tilbury is like the only luxury brand that I actually really badly want to buy. I'm usually a drugstore gal (generally don't find too many high end brands that are worth the $$$) but something about this brand is really pulling me in.

Darya I felt the same, especially since it’s at Sephora. A Sephora near me has her whole line in store, it was gorgeous display!! It’s also sold at Nordstrom; both places will allow you to return products that don’t work out for you. I started with the Sephora lip set that had her Bond Girl matte lipstick and an intro kit I used a 20% off coupon. I really have loved all that I’ve tried!

Okay I just started this video but I had to comment because I am so excited to hear your thoughts! 😂💗 Edit: Okay I just finished the video and now I have a list of products I want to try! I absolutely agree with you on the powder! It is my favorite Charlotte Tilbury product because it just makes everything look so flawless. If you try more CT products, I recommend the Rock n Kohl Pencil in Eye Cheat, which is a nude. I don’t usually buy high end liners over drugstore liners but I’ve worn it almost every single day since I purchased it months ago. It just makes your eye look so wide and awake and it stays put in the waterline all day! 🙌

OMG! I've been watching you from the beginning and I don't know if it translates in your mirror but you DEFINITELY have a more refined look in this makeup. Especially the eyes and lips. Raw Beauty Kristy also played with some Tilbury items, and she was blown away by the contour. TBH I am too, even though as a SUPER pale person I never really bother w/contour or especially bronzer, just doesn't work on me. But Tilbury's contour wand blends SO perfectly and almost vanishes--it just leaves the perfect little shadow of itself, and might even work on me. Hmmm.

Something I have noticed with CT products is that after I've put the makeup on I'll catch a glimpse myself in a mirror an hour or 2 later and think "WOW. I look amazing". It's like once the products settle in you see the full effect in all different kinds of lighting and they really do have a special 'glow' about them. CT is definitely is in another league compared to drugstore brands. My favourite products are her face cream, foundation, contour/highlighter wands, bronzer and the cream eyeshadows.

I completely agree about the powder. I love it! I had always wanted to try her products and decided that my wedding was a good excuse to get a few things. I actually wore the light wonder foundation, the powder, and the eyeshadow quad in Exagger-eyes. My wedding was in July, and everything stayed on wonderfully! I wore Estée Lauded envy lipstick in Rebellious Rose. I would definitely recommend that lipstick if you are looking for one that is a beautiful, creamy, and really stays on well.

We absolutely need a part 2 please. Update I just bought a whole mess of CT products, bought that Light Wonder foundation, concealer, a blush, the bronzer, 3 lipsticks, 3 lip liners at Nordstrom this weekend, they just added the whole line of her products. I hadn’t made any of those purchases cause I wanted to try them before buying. My pocket book said ouch but they gave me lots of samples to try, miniature sizes and bonus they gave me a bottle of her perfume, I looked it up it’s $100 so I do t feel too bad.😘
