Okay, *_so_* those bracelets are nothing new. They are actually called, "rave candy(or kandi) and it's been a thing for a very long time. Hot topic even used to sell their down version of these bracelets(maybe they still do).But traditionally the bracelets are made by rave kids and given out and worn at raves. We see them a lot at festivals because festivals are the modern day rave. So we see people like Tana Mongoose ;) wearing them sometimes because she goes to festivals all the time. So yeah, just wanted to clear the air about that!
