Times like this that I realise just HOW different Brits and Americans are! Like there were a few face palm moments.. 1st off: Meghan is now a duchess not a princess. 2nd: the tiara she wore was the queen's grandmother's Tiara, not Diana's and 3rd: Be realistic with her wedding dress, she was hardly going to wear a strapless low cut mermaid gown for a royal wedding and in a church!

No but you can be all covered up and still wear a dress suited properly to your body. The dress just hung on her and did nothing for her. It's not the dress. It's the size of that dress and the fabric. And I"m not talking skin tight. A dress doesn't have to be tight but it shouldn't be so loose that you're swimming in it. I didn't like Kate's dress either but at least her dress was the appropriate size.

Felt it need to be said, but the tiara that Meghan wore was not Diana's it was Queen Mary's, Diana never wore it, it has not been worn in public since before 1959, which was long before Diana's time! Also, Kate wasn't really wearing white, she was wearing baby yellow. Also, also, Jocyln calling Kate the people's princess is incredibly disrespectful to Diana! To conclude Clevver, you really should have done at least a little bit of research on the royal family, the tiara, and been so much more respectful of someone as amazing as Diana. This video just came off as ill prepared for, disrespectful, and glib. Please think and do your research next time before you do a video on the royal family of a another country and before you seriously disrespect another royal institution you clearly know nothing about and care so little about that you couldn't do 10 minutes of research. But in a church wedding, especially royal shoulders and arms must be covered. Ily guys and have been watching ur vids for years, especially love dirty laundry, but I really felt as though u guys were being a bit disrespectful: the false facts and constant bashing of Meghan’s dress. Her dress was simple because she’s humble, and the more important factor for her was inclusivity: with her veil incorporating flowers of all commonwealth countries, the gospel choir and Reverend Michael Curry, an African American; rather than superficial extravagance. The wedding itself may have been big in size and significance but if you notice all the details were quite simple, the only decorations to the chapel were the flowers. The whole royal family stands by humility despite their stature, and should still deserve your respect.

The dress was very underwhelming to me. As you get a closer look at the dress, it was very ill-fitting and makes her look WAY older than she is. And the hair falling on her face throughout the ceremony really annoyed the hell out of me cause she's getting married to a prince! It should've been more out together and fit the tiara she was wearing more! And that is not Diana's tiara!! It's Queen Mary's from 1932! I will say the reception dress is much better. P. S. The diamonds in the tiara were given to Mary when she was a princess in 1893 by the County of Lincoln for her marriage to soon to be King George V. And then the Tiara was made in 1932. But yes definitely NOT Diana's I agree with you they really should have researched it a little bit!

So disappointing to see that how you guys didn’t get your facts right about the royal wedding...why would even compare the brides outfit to that of the guests attending???
