Best & Worst DVC Studios at Walt Disney World

I reached out to the My DVC Points Community on Facebook and asked, Which is your favorite DVC Studio Villa at Walt Disney World? I reveal which studios are the favorites and which are not. Please keep in mind, this is based solely on the room itself, not the resort, view etc.

Poly has been our favorite studio so far. We will try Grand Flo this summer and will be able to compare it to the Poly! Can’t wait!!!

I know this is just based on the rooms and can appreciate the two bathrooms at the Poly and space. Also, as a family of four and two kids that are teens and prefer not to share a bed if they can, they like having the small pull down murphy bed too. Looking forward to seeing if any of these studios got a Moana enhancement recently. Have never done GF studios since those are hard to come by but they are on my short list for sure. We really do like BWV, miss the extra sink but having the kitchenette sink works when we're in a pinch. Space wise, we've never done the Contemporary villas but if it was cramped for you all with a baby at the time, there's no way that would work for us. Take that off my list. OKW is not on my radar at all. Don't care for the room set up at all. It looks spacious but I don't need two beds.

Sounds like we have same preferences. I actually like the one sink at BWV. Leaves me more space for my makeup 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

I kind of imagine Bay Lake Tower to be like getting a room oceanfront at the beach. Smaller accommodations but with a great location.

Maybe. But it’s still a no for me if more than 2 adults.
