Haha, the 43 year old me is just as giddy starting up my 2016 wrx with an after market exhaust. It's a rough around the edges car and it works perfectly. I can't wait to pick-up the new model, cladding and all. Each tobtheir own. Thanks for the review and a fun video, liked.

I bought it 2 weeks ago and I like it a lot... I had a CUPRA Formentor with 310HP, the WRX has less power but it handles better... I feel this car is more for puristic driving people...

Finally, the perfect WRX as arrived. For me, the GT checks all the boxes and I can’t wait to get mine next month. I’m 48 yrs, had sticks all my life, and travel the Northeast US for work. I can now spend more time focused on phone calls, podcasts, music, and performance selections and less bandwidth on shifting and driving. I should also say that we have (2) 2018 Forester XT’s and I’ve learned to enjoy the CVT w/ turbo, but now looking fwd to the SPT enhancements 👍🏼 I believe that the GT in its current format is for a particular demographic.

Just bought a new WRX in Grey and although it hides the cladding I like it a lot more than painted bumpers. I live in the northeast and the cladding will not rust. Thanks, Subaru.

I have a black WRX and it hides all the cladding including the rear bumper, but everything else is looking bad ass. 🔥

I'm 6'3" 250 and I have tons of space. In fact, this is one of the only cars I have to move the seat forward. Plus I'm easly able to sit behind myself with space to spare. The only issue I have is the B Pilar is slightly to close to the driver. Meaning if your a bigger person you might have an issue getting in the car. Hope that helps.

A Boxter is a Porsche. A Subaru engine is a “boxer” motor. It’s a common mistake made by people who are unfamiliar with Subaru.

Not many people can drive manual what if they are missing their right leg and right or left arm from an accident depending on what country they are in cause America drivers side is on the left other country’s have them on the right do you expect them to buy a manual wrx? And how would they drive it? How would they have full control over the car cvt is great if someone can’t drive a manual it’s not all about manual or automatic it’s a car that gets you places eventually manual will be the thing of the past

I bought the 2022 WRX tS in Australia (GT US trim) in CVT because I have a shot left ankle, I can drive a manual, but I prefer not to on my daily.

@@rattelv426 I was meaning to say amputees with either left arm and right foot missing (Australia and England and the other countries that all drive on the left side etc ) or left foot right arm (America and other countries) and also not many people know how to drive manual or have the coordination
