Hello, I bought this prompter because of you and I'm very happy with the quality, but I have issues with the app. Don't know what I'm doing wrong but I've tried in 2 devices to install it and it doesn't work. When I open it it doesn't open. It closes immediately on Android. I have tried my mobile phone and my tablet and it doesn't work in any. I have all the OS actualized, don't know what happens. Please help 😓

Hi dear! Yeah, I've tried it also and it just didn't work with Android as I showed in the video. It's a great iPhone or iPad prompter! For Android I use a separate teleprompter app, but then the controller can not be used.

The software is full of bugs. Found out that the first time you run the Android app it asks for location permission, if you give that permission it will always crash, and you will have to remove it and reinstall. If you give estimated permisson or no location permission it "works". Although... if you try to open an existing text file nothing happens. So the only thing you can do is type it in or paste it from another app. Some messages appear at the bottom of the screen.. in Chinese (I guess). Nowhere can you change the language... or the location of the files you want to use.

Oh, that's weird, on the website I can estimate without any issues the shipping to the US. Where did you get an error or issue with shipping there? I can message Moman to understand what's going on. Thanks for your feedback !

The App crashes all the time on Android. Tried tablet and mobile phone. It seems this is a usual problem... So, I will not buy the procuct

Exactly, it's a great Apple prompter. For Android use it only if you don't mind about the controller !
