The Star Packs are typically used as Prize Support for Hobby League and other small regular events (for those that dont top) and, at least where i am, arent sold individually. Theyre purely reprints, normally to feed some high rarity cards down into lower rarities (ie Cardcar D, Thunder End and Maestroke)

Where I live you can get single packs of Star Packs. They're 70p (about $1.20). It's pretty cool because you can choose how many you wish to buy on a given day then see if your luck turned out.

I think it's a worth opening pack, especially for low budget duelist, it have a bunch of good cards like cardcar d, maestroke, thunder dragon, and shark drake, well maybe its not the best pack, but its the best star pack so far
