90 % of all of victims of the Second world war took place in Russia. The whole continental Europe, an army of 5 million soldiers attacked the Soviet Union. The numbers of victims on the western front and in Pacific area are laughable in comparison.

@@nistaffsubs6787 You are totally wrong. The Soviets cared about every soldier and Stalin was very competent military leader. All European industry worked for the Nazis. There were thousands of volunteers, the armies of Italy, Romania, Hungary, Finland, Slovakia were fighting side by side with the Germans. 10 million of them were victims of war. On the Soviet side majority of victims were civilians because the Nazis and Fascist took their food.

Patton was a loose canon also. Always wanting to make himself " the great leader of military persons". Lots of people i have spoke to about Patton was not like at all as miltary history suggests. It was a fact that The Narzi were worried about Patton holding the Comanders postions like he did. By and large most of Monty's men did like him and Monty did comand American troops. This was very unusaul for The Americans to allow this.
