Our law says people are innocent until proven guilty. Our law gives every acussed person a right to fair trial. Accused people have a right to be heard. There are criminal procedured that serve as guidelines on how to handle legal processes which aim to prevent abuse of rights of accused. We can not rely on sentiments when we deal with crime or legal matters while we have laws that guide us
