Cream 33-36% (400ml/1+3/5 cups).

Looks good! Way longer than 5 minutes, though, with all the chilling. I can't imagine you'd need pectin, I've never used that in making ice cream.

Странно очень. Название канала на русском языке. Название рецепта на немецком. Описание тоже на иностранном. Субтитры не нужны,потому что это ASMR. Может хоть описание можно прочитать по русски?
