🍩 DONUT IN JAGGERY SYRUP: Make dough using glutinous flour and rice flour. Deep fry and then pour jaggery syrup on top.
🐄 BEEF SKIN SALAD: Mix beef skin, fermented peanut, chive root, coriander, MSG, salt and garlic infused turmeric oil together and serve.
🍚 MASHED TURMERIC RICE: Place mashed turmeric rice on a plate and add fish flakes, scallion, chilli oil, salt and MSG.
🍜 DRIED NOODLES WITH TOFU PASTE: Mix together flat noodles, cabbages, tofu paste, chicken curry, sweet thick soy sauce, MSG, salt, thin soy sauce, garlic oil, pepper, crushed peanut, sesame and scallion. Serve with pickle mustard, cabbage and carrot

2. LOCAL HOUSE AT SEE JIA INN VILLAGE
🥗 TEA LEAF SALAD: Boil the tea leaves. Squeeze the bitterness out of the leaves and add the liquid to a bowl. Mash the peanuts and add fresh lime juice. Add sliced cabbage, tomato, green chilli, fried bean, salt, peanut oil and peanuts and mix everything together.
🐖 GRILLED PORK RIBS: Marinate the ribs with salt, sugar, chinese 5 spices, garlic and ginger. Grill for 30 minutes while applying soy sauce. Serve when ready.
🐖 STEWED PIG TROTTER: Caramelize sugar and add trotter, star anise, garlic salt and minced ginger into the pot. Stir-fry for 3 mins. Add water and stew for 1 hour, then add mustard leaves. Serve when ready.
🇲🇲 INTESTINES COOKED IN BAMBOO: Wash and clean the intestines. Boil and chop them up. Put everything in bamboo and marinate with minced garlic, MSG, chilli, mashed tomatoes and coriander. Mix it up and cook on fire. Add pork juice and leave it on fire for 30 more minutes. Serve.
🐖 PIG HEAD SALAD: Clean the pig head and boil for 2 hours. Slice it up and place in a bowl. Add the sauce (made from tamarind sauce, garlic, ginger, green chilli and salt) and coriander and mix everything together.
🇲🇲 STIR-FRIED BLOOD CAKE: Slice up the blood cake. Prepare a hot pan with cooking oil, minced ginger and garlic. Add blood cake, salt and coriander and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
