The frita cubana is my favorite style of hamburger. Chorizo patty with fried shoestring potato sticks and a special sauce (made with cumin, Spanish paprika, and tomato paste). The sauce is what really gives the burger its flavor. You put it on the burger as you're cooking it and then you put it on again when you're building it. It's perfection
