If you see any factual food errors in my videos, please feel free to politely let me know in the comments. I'm a huge fan of trying different, interesting foods in each country. My show is from a Western point of view, but more importantly, MY point of view. It is not meant to offend any person or culture.

No body eats and cooks like the Nagas, for me they have the best cuisine in all of NE India. I am from Sivasagar, a district of Assam adjacent to Nagaland. Anytime I feel like having a sumptuous meal, I cross the border to Nagaland and have their food, so rustic, so original. Thank you for covering them in such a beautiful way.

"... someone who learns how to forgive others and how to live in peace, work for the well-being of all the people in the community as well as with others - that is considered to be the warrior." Maybe one of the best videos you’ve made so far. So incredibly informative and inspiring how they have changed their mindsets there.

Btw, you may want to revisit the map of Indian territory that you show in your videos (especially the aksai chin area)…. The boundaries you’ve shown are like a controversy magnet!

I love that you showed the process unedited. I know that it was at the expense of not being monetize, but is so worthy! I recommend that you upload at one channel the edited version (when you want it to be monetize) and the unedited version in other

Phoebe as a native from this place (not from the tribe shown in the video though) let me tell you what i've discovered 2 weeks ago, firstly its laugh able that as a 30 yo woman who is born and raised in this land and eats the food, authentic as it is, I realised that "commercial " grade chilli (pepper) doesn't do the food good and it doesn't taste as good and exactly as Mom's or my fellow tribes folk living in the villages (I love cooking, I try other indian dishes,Chinese ,thai etc) two weeks ago mom came for a visit (I live in the nation's capital) I complained that my cooking doesn't taste good enough no matter how I try, she told me it is THE CHILLI PEPPER! her secret, and my people secret, "RED CHILLI PEPPER THAT IS SMOKED USING HARD WOOD"! I didn't believe it at first ,and lucky enough she brought me some ghost peppers and other 3 other different species of chilli pepper that is smoked... I used it in my food and Yes,she was right, it does make a huge difference in the taste of food, the umami is beyond belief. If you are in european countries such as The U.K,Germany,France ,Belgium and the Netherlands you will get the authentic Smoky flavour chilli peppers from Nagaland, we export it there ,you will find it as" Barbeque ghost pepper sauce ".
