Throughout Mexico the enchiladas are made and presented in so many different ways and with different names too. Mexico is blessed to have very diverse food and drinks, very state in Mexico is like it’s own little country with their own traditions and cuisines. There is great seafood throughout Mexico but in my opinion the best quality of seafood is the seafood of sea of Cortes ( mar de Cortes) that’s the seafood of the states of Baja California( north and south) Sonora, Sinaloa, Nayarit, why ? one example the shrimp there are massive and they taste like lobster and a lot of endemic seafood really delicious and seafood recipes unique only to these states. At least you recognized your mistake and were brave enough to post it and put yourself in the spotlight. Being a traveler across the world, one cannot expect you to know every law of every land. Thank you for this - because it shows other more amateur travelers that they need to learn about the laws of the lands they visit. Even a long-time pro can make mistakes. But you own up to them. You're a role model, Sonny :)

I remember a study was done on crabs released with one claw and they're less likely to reproduce and often die, so it's really just making us feel better about over fishing...
