It brings me joy and good memories every time I see Virginia and Sonny hosting together, their vibe is entertaining and knowledgeable. Hiring her tours while visiting Hong Kong is a must! The breakfast dai pai dong serves up HK Cafe style food with British influences (Sandwiches, milk tea, toast,..). Shrimp with salted egg. The high temperature of the wok breaks down the shrimp shell to the point where you can eat the shrimp with the shell on. Wonder if there's still that one restaurant that makes their noodles with the bamboo pole?

Very good video. As someone who's been inspired by you and other food travel bloggers I've been making my own food videos in Singapore featuring my mom. I think at this point there are so many food bloggers / influencers that people don't think it's weird seeing someone shooting a video while eating. People might find it annoying though. A few other comments as you probably know but the viewers might not the Vietnamese have an almost identical noodle dish using egg noodles and wontons. I've had that very lobster dish you had but never thought of slurping the noodles with the shell. I get the feeling some diners might get offended by that. Finally you could spend a $100,000 dollars in a day on food in Hong Kong. You could get sharks fin or swallows nest. If you're really adventurous and unscrupulous there are still places that serve bear and even rare and endangered species.
