INGREDIENTS
for Butter milk - 15mins
milk - 01 cup
lemon juice/vinegar - 01 tbsp
for Marinade -02 hours
egg - 01
red chilli powder - 01 tsp
salt - 01 tsp
pepper - 01 tsp
garlic paste - 01 tsp
ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
chilli sauce - 01 tbsp
Chicken with skin - 500g
for flour mixture
all purpose flour - 01 cup
corn flour - 1/4 cup
baking powder - 01 tsp
red chilli powder - 01 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
garlic powder -1/2 tsp
turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
temperature should be 180°c
deep fry for 10-12mins until golden brown
