Aiden going back to meet someone he left behind is likely to be the next dlc. While the sequal is likely going to involve Aiden and Kyle as well as all their friends partaking in taking down the GRE. Which honestly would be most fitting and a perfect sendoff for a sequel. Where all the members we've gotten to deeply know over the time have finally all met up to take down the final big bad that started this all Umbrella style in the first place.

i left a comment a few months ago on another video about a fanfiction of what we could expect as a dlc or dl3. I found it back and imma drop it here lemme know if you think this was a good shot at what couldve happened. Next DLC or Dying light 3, we got into contact with a scientist from the GRE in a new town that is within similar installation from villedor but closer to Harran. With our help, the scientist is able to acquire the material and the help he needed to make advancement with his research. By the end of the game, we understand that the only thing left needed is tissue from the dissapeared Kyle Crane. What we dont know is that Kyle Crane even through zombification kept his senses like the mother from the following and is feeding off tributes the villagers are making to the ghost hero. Upon arriving to the altar where tributes are paid, we meet him. With telepathic capacities and volatile growls he talks to us. He explains that he too back in his days thought a cure was possible. That a lot of sacrifices were made. He sought a solution for a long time now but the pandemic got too far, too much ahead. As we try to explain to him that with his tissues a cure is probable. His tone of voice changes. With aggressive body language and huge volatile growls, he screams. "SO THAT YOU CAN WEAPONIZE THIS VIRUS EVEN MORE !?! HAVE I NOT SUFFER ENOUGH ? TO HELL WITH THE GRE" then the fight begin. The fight between our past and present self for the future of mankind. During the fight, we can hear kyle cry out few names like "forgive me Rahim" or "Jade, are you looking?" and "Is this the right thing to do Dr. ?" (Reference to Zere) or again "he's got your spirit Brecken..." the fight ends when we plant a throwing knife in his neck. As he push his last breath we can hear him say "so thats what it feels like huh?" And we recover tissues from his body. The game ends with a cure being made. The doctor thanks us for the help and gives us the first dose as a sign of respect. Wich we dont use on ourself but on our good friend we made during the story or sum shit. Who was about to die to the virus. Then we contemplate the city as the day comes to an end yet a bigger threat is about to rise. Due to the years that passed by since the beginning, UV lights became scarce and elecriticity infrastructures became fragile. So as the sun fades and the darkness installs we realise no lights are lighting up. We might have found a cure but what will happen of humanity without UVs? Can the Cure make it out of the city safely? That'd be up for a 3rd game or new story dlc.

this dlc gonna be the best thing in dying light 2 and hope that in what u said in 21:50 gonna be dying light 3 so we can have even more fun with crane and a game that goes more like dying light 1 feelings but aimed as dead island 2

So one thing I'm thinking is, how would the voice acting go? Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't the VA who voiced Crane plays Aiden? That or their voices are eerily similar. Either way I love that they are bringing back my favorite MC from possibly any game ever.

He was always a infected i thot at end of the following he became a volatile bc of the scream at the end of game but most likely he became a bolter so he may still be cureable. After all, those vials were just a bandage like substance for him.

So i wonder if the night hunter is still the true apex predator? As of now, it's the only infected stronger and faster than a volatile that can also block uv lights with its ability. So technically, it can come out in the day for some time. It also has the ability to negate the paraglider by using its tendrils to snatch you out of the sky or leap in the air to grab you. I wonder if the alpha volatiles from DL1 turn into the night hunter. It kinda looks like it

I still see Night Hunter as the Apex Predator. In Dying Light 2 Comics, Night Hunter is bigger and bulked up than the Volatiles
