@@kellypereira-sanchez9048 My husband is a general contractor and he is the builder, so our cost would be a lot less than yours. We should exchange pictures as we go! We are building in North GA.

@@cozyhomesphotography my husband said approximately $200,000. We aren’t adding the bonus room, but adding 3 ft in depth and a 3 car garage. This price does not include the property.

We just purchased these plans with the bonus room. We didn’t do the basement. I would love to see interior pictures if you want to share. We also purchased the reverse plans because we needed the garage on the right side. Congrats on being near the end! We are just beginning 😬

This plan looks great, but why does it not show everything? Feels like there is more ‘upstairs’ to show, and where are the other bedrooms? Is there only the master BR? What am I missing?

Some of these videos make no sense - I feel like a whole lot of this house was not shown, but yet there was like 20 seconds spent on the garage. Surely there were other bedrooms and bathrooms?

This virtual tour doesn't show the half bath near the laundry room, neither of the two bedrooms or the full bath next to the master, and doesn't show the full bathroom upstairs where the bonus room is. I am building this house right now. This tour shows the two car garage (we choose a three) and the upstairs bonus room + bathroom is optional as well. Hope this helps.
