@@shannasmith1527 Currently we have just about finished the crawl space. Hope to be pouring the concrete for the garage and outdoor living spaces this week and then framing the house should start. I have a youtube channel that I will keep posting videos of this house if you are interested.

Love this house. Moving into 2022 would you still do the interior walls gray or maybe move more towards greige or taupe? Some designers think a lot of gray might be on its way out.

We want to build this house so much....have worked on the plans and the builder came back and said the "I'm afraid the architectural features might be cost prohibitive"???? Is anyone else building this plan and how are you accomplishing the silo? Looking for feed back....love the uniqueness of this plan!!!!

The silo is constructed from Sioux Steel 12' hopper bin components. Look for a Sioux steel dealer in your area. We had a builder state they could not build it until I informed them where to get the components for the silo. I got the info from the architectural drawings. On a couple of elevations, it states it there. The video shows quite a bit of upgrades you could down grade from such as all the cabinets in the Master bedroom walk in closet, etc.

We have this plan in place with a ton of modifications… we haven’t started yet, I’m assuming we are 6-8weeks from ground breaking. Any advise would be great! Our builder is looking for a Silo currently.
