I’m puzzled by the allure to a pot filler. Extra plumbing to maintain. Why not a sink there, too, since you eventually have to empty the pot you filled. It also may be my style of cooking, too; I don’t need to fill a pot with water often enough to warrant the need.

I’ve watched some of your videos as well as other channels which include way more expensive homes. So far, this is my absolute fave. Not too big, not too small, lots of lights and beautiful finishes. Living areas full of light and large windows are just architecturally amazing and very esthetically pleasing. There would be some personal tweaks for us but overall, great looking home and excellent layout.

I somehow stumbled onto your channel and watched a lot of videos over the past 2 days (keeping me company as i am home sick for a few days). This is by far my favorite house i saw, the flow of this floorplan is amazing! I love that the half bath is near the front door and a full bath next to the mudroom. The loop through the master suite is also so useful.

A true Goldilocks home. "Not too big and not too small". Respectable space very well laid out. Beautiful finishes and creative ceiling designs. Very little that I would change to make it home.

Nice place and note the changing and shifting styles. Avoid barn doors and an over abundance of floating shelves. Also beware of how high that living room TV is mounted! How could you sit in that room and comfortably watch it?

Hi Timothy and Jen! This is gorgeous!! I loved that shelving unit lined up with the closet doors in the office. Would have loved to see inside the closet. The one thing that gets me about some of these homes is the 3/4 master baths. Without a tub, it's not a true full bath. Thank you so much for the tour!

I am trying to find fault... but l can't... This house is actually perfect for me... l especially like the back yard balcony... and the fact that the basement is so opened, wide and airy... Love love love the master closet... especially that it wraps around the corner.. opening into the laundry and out into the front of inside door of the house! Pretty cool and convenient... Overall the house is absolutely beautiful and very functional, as well as the right square footage for my taste! Thank you!
