Wow, Bestiarum do some really interesting designs.

Yes they do! Especially if you dig the Dark Souls vibe. There's a bunch of even larger figures I've been afraid to print!

Those things look like something from a H.P. Lovecraft nightmare.

What is the scale of the demoness? those it fit for a square 25mm base or it needed to be scale down?
@ObscuritiesinMiniature3 жыл бұрын
On a square? You might want to shrink them by 10% or a bit more. I could barely get one to straddle a 25mm round. The one on her tail leaping up would fit without issue at least.

@@ObscuritiesinMiniature ok Thanks a lot! Yhea square bases ahah, i was thinking using those for 9th Age "Warhammer" game!
@jcstoner3 жыл бұрын
ive been wondering how these scale to frostgrave figures? do you think they need to be scaled down?
@ObscuritiesinMiniature3 жыл бұрын
They'll tower over most Frostgrave models. Some of the earliest releases were a little on the shorter side, but even those were still larger than the Northstar kits.

@@ObscuritiesinMiniature yeah I figured as much. I've only printed a few monsters and they were pretty massive. Thanks!

Does the Goliath have hollow parts?

I want to say it did- he's painted these days but it feels like it was probably hollowed out.

3:20 That face looks a lot like Smough's helmet from Dark Souls. Heck a lot of this stuff wouldn't look out of place in Demon's Souls or Dark Souls.

That's probably why I like it so much!

Now I have a question, if I get some of the miniatures from the website will I have to print them or what would the situation be?
@ObscuritiesinMiniature4 жыл бұрын
Yeah, they'd have to be printed. I know there's a lot of merchant options out there. Etsy might be worth checking first.

Would these work with warhammer fantasy?

is it a 4k or 8k Printed ?

No... k? My printer was made before even 2k was a thing for them, and I haven't used any of the fancier resins yet even!

Seen these on Instagram, think this guy was claiming these as his own conversions! I'll see to that.

Are you using a liquid resin printer for these?

I've been using a Phrozen Sonic Mini.

This might be the dumbest question you’ve ever had. What do you do with all these minis?
@ObscuritiesinMiniature4 жыл бұрын
Hope to actually get to play games again in the future? I like building stuff. I enjoy painting stuff too. Some day if I have time I'll do some solo games if need be, or I can't talk my family members into trying something out... But yeah, the main thing is to play in person with friends and family again. I miss it!
@TrezonasReptiles4 жыл бұрын
@@ObscuritiesinMiniature do you use these minis for certain games? I’ve just got into painting warhammer and I see people like you paint all these cool minis but I have no clue what they do with them because I don’t even know what games they’re used for lol
@ObscuritiesinMiniature4 жыл бұрын
We have a few go-to rulesets we like in my family. Song of Blades & Heroes by Ganesha Games- there's a lot of expansions and "advanced" versions, but the original is a classic. Easy to play and very adaptable to any sort of figures you may have. www.ganeshagames.net/ One Page Rules. They've got... everything. We've played their games with almost as many different figures as we have SOBH above. onepagerules.com/ Frostgrave. We have a lot of fun building warbands based around certain themes. Haven't played as much of this as of late, as we waited for 2nd edition but then COVID hit. ospreypublishing.com/frostgrave There's certainly more, but I'd say those are a pretty good start, especially if you're doing fantasy.

I print more than I will probably ever paint or use, but the main uses are dioramas and Dungeons and Dragons for me. I also just like painting.
