I spoke to a long time Tortilla Jo’s waiter in early March when I was there celebrating my sister’s birthday! Fortunately, many of them are moving over to Centrico! But he did mention that they will be tearing down the tortilla Jo’s building as the kitchen/ plumbing is not up to code when it was assessed recently- so another restaurant can’t just move in without doing a major renovation! Will see what actually happens! Hoping it’s a great new restaurant but so sad as I’ve been coming to Tortilla Jo’s with my family for so many years!
