Thank you so much this helped a lot even the plumber who came couldn't guess what was wrong.. Actually after watching the video I went and searched in my sink and found that small glass ball stuck in the drainage hole just like you said. The spout was saved only because the drainage hole was smaller than that glass bead. Thank you

Thank you that you saved my time, i was just cleaning the hole part of this type of faucet because it's full of mineral, but then when i opened the faucet, water came out and the parts went off, i was trying to assemble it back again for 2 hours and the seperation of the two mode faucet still don't work, then i realize that there was a ball detent.. again, thank you!
