Honestly for the game's actual fight, it would have been nuts if Arceus slowly transformed into it's "beta"/true form, as reality begins to warp more and more, fitting the accelerating/glitching music the fight arealdy has. Imagine if Arceus itself stopped the fight, not because it has decided the player character is worthy, but rather because it doesn't wish to destroy their mind by exposing a form incomprehensible to mortal beings, basically tagging along with the player out of respect because they managed to actually survive against it for that long.

Even though it’s only a fraction of Arceus can’t it still show a little bit of his power? Would make sense because the music gets glitchy at the end of the fight but the fight stays basically the same and doesn’t change to go with the music changing. I guess it would be too much effort but still. Also it might make the fight a little bit too hard if it did go with the music and the game actually breaks but on purpose rather than unintentionally because haha gamefreak rushed the game.

In Pokémon Legends Arceus we see a light version of Arceus which presumably is its true form and resembles its beta sprite. But it also resembles Dialga, Palkia and Giratina in each of their games' title screens.
