i've actually seen the beta blackjack execution, from what I remember the mission was Mouth of Madness and during early times of manhunt rockstar had uploaded the orignal beta blackjack execution along with several other ones, but due to graphic content and gore, it got taken down along with all the executions, and one guy (from my guess) saved the clip and decreased and reduced the quality so it doesnt show any gore, alright time to the main point, so cash basically goes behind the hunter hits his bottom head 2 times, when the hunter is down he glimpses cash and cash hits his face with the blackjack 2 times finishing his head off.

I still got the clip, its more clear and shows cash executing with the beta blackjack
